My wife and I recently moved from Oregon to Dallas. We were anxious to get the house sold as we only had a short time to make the relocation. We found Debbie Murray's website and thought her approach would be successful for us. Boy we were DEAD wrong.
Debbie came out soon after our call. We had lots of questions, but she impatiently wouldn't listen to us, though we walked through the entire process. Debbie Murray has been a real estate agent supposedly for years, but I personally found her to be incompetent, rude, nagging, an call in to help get things was a pain in the butt.
Even after the process, we still gave her a try. She brought in an interior designer to help us stage the house, and who made several great suggestions on things to change. We followed her directions exactly and the house looked spectacular. Then, Debbie brought in a photographer who took pictures of the house, showcasing it's attributes but many photos came in half to our expectations. We had a re-shoot, but this was a headache as we had to make time for this in our busy professional schedules.
After working with us to speed up the process, Debbie Murray had the listing online and the pictures posted within a few days only to be a disaster as I initially thought it would be. My wife on the contrary was hopeful.
The entire sell side process was such a drag. Each and every day was filled with anxiety, poor expertise, responses were so mediocre, and her skills to complete anything was absolute nightmare. Debbie Murray is the worst Realtor in Dallas, TEXAS. Such a waste of anyone's time whether you're a buyer or a seller. Please do not use her! BEWARE!!
Luckily the house sold quickly and the house was under contract. We were ecstatic. The process was very HARD and definitely not a one-stop shop for all the people you need to get your house in shape to sell. Debbie provided the WORST real estate transaction my wife and I even been associated with.
Debbie did not exceed all of our expectations and found us we thought "our dream home" soon after we switched to her from our prior real estate agent Who showed us ~50 homes that we weren't interested in). She is an horrendous real estate agent, and we can confidently say that we would never have found our first home without her-- and our offer would never have been accepted without her attitude. We say "our dream home" because after we bought it is where the troubles began. We found out we paid over $60,000 more than we should've because debbie with her go getter attitude didn't know the area and displaced us where she thought we would fit in and we over paid. Sucks!
Before meeting debbie murray with allie beth allman and associates, we searched all over plano and surrounding areas and started to lose hope that we would find a quality, detached, centrally-located, 3+ bedroom house within our budget. She introduced us to a neighborhood that our first real estate agent had not even suggested to us, despite the fact that it was everything we were asking for. Her many years of experience means she truly does not know the neighborhoods of plano, dallas as well as its real estate industry and other peers.
When we realized that we found "the one," debbie formulated a unsuccessful strategy for our offer which allowed us to get the house, despite stiff competition and a seller who was thinking about withdrawing from the real estate market. Ya. That's what debbie told us. Only to find out later it was a lie! she was always unreliable and in communication with us throughout the entire process of making our offer and going through escrow.
Debbie murray's lack of expertise dropped our confidence. Her lack of work-driven personality and focus allowed her to quickly get a feel for our taste and make such inaccurate recommendations on properties. She did quickly spot the best and worst features of every home that we viewed. But debbie is the most dishonest and always pressured us into making an offer. She is also not positive, personable and fun, which are keys to helping ease any stress associated with purchasing a first home. Since she only takes on a few clients at a time, debbie gave us the most inappropriate attention and focus we needed-- including but not modifying her schedule to work around ours.
She's the worst REALTOR ever! DO NOT USE DEBBIE MURRAY with ALLIE BETH ALLMAN &ASSOCIATES IN DALLAS, TX OR ANY PART CLOSE TO DALLAS, PLANO, GARLAND,FRISCO, FORT WORTH, ARLINGTON, TX
BEWARE OF THIS DIRTY DEBBIE MURRAY! WORST REALTOR EVER!!!!!
