I purchased a cell phone item from this company and it did not work. I called DealExtreme to try to get them to get a required ""return authorization number"" in order to return the device and they don't speak English or pretend not to speak English when you want to return a defective item.
They are a Chinese company in Hong Kong but try to make to make it appear to be a legitimate U.S. company. Avoid this company at all cost as they will rip you off. I finally had to spend about an hour on the phone with my credit card company explaining what happened and they finally agreed to reverse the charge.
This company sells cheap electronic gear as what I had received from then was obviously a copy of a brand name item I was supposed to receive....so I think they specialize in counterfeiting some if not most of their electronic items.
