I purchased two vouchers from Deal Chicken for three day stays in Myrtle Beach SC. I used one but had to contact them to get the reservation information. When time for the second deal, I could not make contact with the travel company so I contacted Deal Chicken. They assigned me a case number and has not made contact with me. This is a ripoff company.
I was a first time customer going through Deal Chicken. They offered a voucher for Tagco "6 assorted bras" normally priced at $79 for $24.99. I tried redeeming the vouchers but it kept saying they were already redeemed. So, I in turn tried this process 4 times in total before giving up. I was never asked to confirm any purchases but yet my credit card was charged $100 for 4 seperate items. I've tried calling the customer service number provided and there is never representatives available. I tried calling the number that is given on my credit card transaction and once again no answer, no response when a message was left. I've contacted both Tagco the company the voucher was for and Deal chicken by email..neither have responded. I wanted to purchase just 1 set of "6 assorted bras" and I was fine with paying for the 1 set, but I wanted the other 3 purchases totaling in the amoung of $75 to be refunded. Once again, nothing has been accomplished through the information they provided me with. I'm a single mother who is a full time student on a very tight budget. I'm beyond disappointed in the lack of respect for customers or their hard earned money!
Paid for coupons. No problem accepting my payment. Tried to redeem coupons for a local food co-op and got nothing. Constant website errors. No customer service at all. All automated and I got cycled through the phone menu until I was enraged and hung up. Thanks Deal Chicken. For ripping me off.
