Super Savings on 7 sells discount vouchers for local businesses in the Buffalo NY area. Having participated in many of their local offers, I had found that five of the merchants would not honor the conditions of their coupon voucher. I had emailed customer service at each time an issue occurred and requested a refund or credit on each. I had not heard back for sometime regarding the refund so I recently contacted them. I learned from Deal Current representative, Tracy, that only one of the vouchers was credited back I inquired about the other 4 merchant vouchers and her email response stated that the manager of Super Savings on 7 "will not issue a refund or credit for your unused vouchers." I paid money for worthless emailed vouchers.
