Delonghi the makers of Nespresso need to be shut down. We hope no one buys Nespresso machines when they find out they are made by Delonghi.
The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYONE COULD EVER IMAGINE. NON EXISTENT. BOT SERVICE. All they do is send automated emails giving you a case # and NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU CANNOT CALL, OR FOLLOW UP AND NO ONE EVER RESPONDS.
We called than were asked for serial numbers emails we complied with everything asked for within seconds.
Its been over 4 months NO ONE HAS CALLED OR RETURNED AN EMAIL. This is worse than dealing with a third world country. The CEO KEN KAPROWSKI must be asleep from not having a coffee as his machine must be broken like ours and he is probably waiting for someone to get back to him as well.
We would have to drop F-Bombs on everyline to describe the way these ASSHOLES OPERATE.
