Lied about hearings the listwith us as ceretakers for 6 years is lased with lies to judge,us and in motions, we are tired of their intrutions for6myears. interviews with children withiut our concent one being 3 years old another child that is 6 has beenterrorized by their actions the list goes on. filed motion based on false information, labeled our address as confidential and we never got served notice of hearing,we called many times to investigater for hearing date, no responce, complaint filed after recieving proof that they had false info, removal of chold to parent after 4 days we were told to go get child back because home was involved in drug deal and father of mother was arrested that night for double attempted homocide in front of child mother had faled 3 drug test prior for meth,was told by case worker they didn't think it was right but tried for reunification any way,
this last ime was today. they sent a motionto reopen case with our correct address but gave the clerk our address was confidential and we were not sent that lst page with the hearing notice. we were one minute late and our case was called first by dcf to insure we could not be herad. thay have been informed they violated 4th, 5th, and 14th contitutional rights so they don't want us heard.
