I've used Bryed 3D for years and recently purchased some grahoc software from Daz 3D. There's a Daz 3D installer to assist users in the installation of downloads purchased or free. There are path locations in the installer to show the user how to browse and install the files in the correct folder. I've made several attempts to install the purchased software but it still won't install. Having an extensive knowledge of paths and locations on my PCs using both Windows and Linux, there should be no problem with the install, yet the installer gives me error messages. Giving up, I contacted the help section of Daz 3D, and was sent 2 different emails with 2 different paths to choose from to install the product. I've tried them both and other locations where I felt it should install, yet the installer failed each time. I contacted a David Brinnen, a Bryce 3D user who has You tube videos on various graphic programs and he also mentioned that the Daz 3D installer was pretty well useless. Now I'm forced to contact my credit card comapany to get a refund on the purchases I made as Daz 3D isn't any help.
Buyer beware on these products from Daz 3D! Rip off!
