We have a compliance department investigating the validity of all complaints and working with clients to determine a reasonable resolution. Additionally, we now monitor and record a random sample of our phone conversations for additional quality assurance and training.

My hardworking and dedicated employees are committed to changing an industry, tainted by fly-by-night scam artists. We're committed to making the process of new product development economical and exciting, and we'll not be satisfied until the invention promotion industry has changed. We'll defeat those companies that don't work for the independent inventor.

OUR SERVICE In this letter, I want to clarify what we do for our clients. After we establish confidentiality, our client hires us to search patents and the market to provide research information to them and the development team that will be assigned to their project. They also sign a contingent fee agreement for us to represent them to a corporation. If our research determines that we can physically design a working product sample, then we present our design service options and fees to our client. Client input is provided to the development team and there are specific stages where the client must approve our work before moving on. Once the sample is complete, our licensing team presents the product to a corporation for potential licensing. If the product is licensed, our team works with the corporation to make any design enhancements at no cost to the consumer, as well as manage any future royalties if the product is sold in stores. If the product is not licensed, we can repackage the sample for a modest fee and present it to additional corporations. This is Davison Design and Development's exclusive Inventegration service.

Davison’s contact is designed to cover their SCAMS i lost $14300

After I submitted my idea to Davison through the online option, they called me back. I was so surprised to see how much of a professional company they are. People who has contacted Davison you must know how nice they are, but for those who don’t know I will describe how good they are:

For my idea they asked me to pay $14300 and I paid them after 6 months. They came back to me with one picture, it was ok, not how I wanted but ok. I asked them where is the product drawings and CAD (Computer Aided Drawing) and STL (Computer Software Developed) . Leo said we only send them to you when we finish all the process.

After 4 months went by, Leo came back to me and said the company we have targeted is not interested in my product. Ok, I asked them can you send me any pictures of the prototype you have made, he said we can send the prototype by post and I agreed as long as he will send it by recorded delivery and Leo accepted to do that (of course this was agreed over the phone as they do NOT accept any other way of communication). After 2 weeks I still haven’t received my prototype. I phoned Leo to ask where my prototype is and he said ‘I don’t know we have sent it but it might have got lost in the post’, well!! Red light come started flashing.

I was soooo upset. I told him you are responsible for that he said straightaway ‘no we are not and if look on the contract (Section 3, sub-section L)it states that “Davison is not responsible for damage, loss, wear or abuse of the product sample after it leaves Davison’s possession”. It sounded to me that he had planned to say this from the beginning.

I continued to get in contact with Davison in order to get some kind of answer. No reply to my telephone messages or to my emails. I filed a complaint to the Chief Consumer Advocate (CCA [email protected]), they came back to me with an email stating that they will review my situation and get back to me within 5-7 days. It has been over a month now and now reply. I phoned Davison reception, spoke to one of the girls and she said that they do not have a Customer Complaint Department after arguing with her for a while, she put me on hold for over 30 minutes with no explanation to why she put me on hold. After getting fed up of waiting, I hung up and phoned again, the other girl picked up and told me that there is a Customer Complaint department, but did not pass me on to them, instead she told me that I could speak to her for hours, but she would not be able to do anything about it. Still to this day after 7 months, I have no answer.

I have re-read the contract a hundreds of times and every time you can see that they only made the contract to cover every aspect of their scams and looking at all the reviews and what happened with me, I now know that they are NOT an invention company but they are A PROFFESIONAL SCAM COMPANY. My advice to all of you that have not yet invest
