David Wilson AKA David's Irrigation advertises on Craiglist for his landscaping services. I hired him for a large job. He took a $5000 deposit for materials. Later, he made excuse after excuse and failed to do the work. I asked for my deposit back. He said he would give it back, but months later hasn't done so.
I have reported him to the police and filed a civil claim against him. I have found at least one other person has sued him under similar circumstances.
