I called David Stanley Dodge in MWC, OK about an advertisement they had on the radio. They were advertising get right side up if you are upside down and get payments less than what you are paying now. I called a salesman and he said come on in. I decided not to go in. They called and called my phone trying to get me to come in. I had at least 4 different sales people that called me 2 or more times a day for approximately 3 weeks straight. I told this one salesman named Steve, I would consider comming in, however, I would not pay anything down, I would not pay tag, title, and tax (it would have to be included), and my payments would have to be within $10 or $20 + or _ of what I had $300 per month. He said he could put me in a Dodge Avenger and he could meet all of these requests. I told him that we could extend the loan for more months, however, the payments would have to be in this price range. He said come on in, "I can get you in with no money down, pay off your trade, and with the rebates, get you in a brand new Dodge Avenger at around $300 per month with TTL. After he called me every day for about a week longer, I finally went in. To make a long story short, they withheld the keys to my trade in. When they told me the payment would be $540 down with $2750 down, and no TTL included, I decided to walk. When I said "No sale" and asked for my keys, Steve went and got the sales manager. When I told the Sales manager, "NO!" and "I want the keys to my car back." .....He went back to his office and then I saw him out in the parking lot talking to another customer. I immediately called 911 and told the MWC police that they were holding my keys back from me and would not take no for an answer. The dispatcher said, "stand out front and do not have any more confrontation with them. About 2 minutes passed and the sales manager brought my keys back, sticking out his hand for a hand shake. I refused to shake his hand. He said," you don't have to get rude with me, I did nothing to you!" I replied, "I don't shake hands with Shilocks!" and got in my car. At this time the salesman came out pleading with me not to leave. I left and called back the 911 dispatcher to cancel the previous call. She said, "Did the man leave the premises yet?" I said, "I am the man and I did finally leave the premises after they finally gave me back the keys to my car!" Apparently, they must have called the police on me and made up a story that I was being unruly and disorderly. Do not ever do business with these low life Shylocks ever! You will be sorry you ever stepped foot in their door.
