Scam Alert! Biggest waste of breath, time, and money you will ever encounter! My brother was booked for a simple Parole violation. My family retained this guy to get him out in a timely matter... after 120 days in Glenn Co. jail (including over Thanksgiving and Christmas (2014), my brother is still locked up. The judicial system is hard enough as it is... DO NOT ADD TO THE MISERY BY HIRING D. NELSON. He will waste your time and hard earned money with laziness and shear indifference... WHEN HE TELLS YOU, "I'M ALL OVER IT, LIKE A CHEAP SUIT"… take his words literal - he's a thief. Examples of his incompetence: He got continuance after continuance, then failed to comply with DA's request for paperwork (submitted it too late) which added to the length of my brothers stay, and then he failed to even get a "time served" order from the judge! I never write reviews, but this had to be shared! You will regret spending even a minute on him!
