I originally purchased my 2013 VW Jetta from David Maus North on Lee Road which I must say service wise cannot campare to David Maus Collision Center. I unfortunately had an accident recently where I hit a curb in the rain one evening. Since I enjoyed the service that I received from the David Maus dealership I decided to bring it to the Davis maus collision center to get the repairs done. The car was taken in and I advised of all the damage and the car was there for about 2 and a half weeks. Once the car was finally able to be picked up I was given the run down of all that was done because surprisingly I got no call from an adjuster with an estimate. Regardless I took the car and went on my merry way. Within a weeks time I brought it to the David Maus VW to get the 10,000 mile inspection and to check the noise that was coming from the front end which I had told the agent at the coillision center about but seemed to have been overlooked. To my amazement that was not the only thing that was overlooked. The service rep had advised me that there was subsequent damage under the car to the oil pan and axle that was impossible to have not been checked because there was an alignment done. of course the car had to be returned to the collision center to be inspected and of course when I returned it I was received in a much different way than the first time. The car is still there now and I will update once there is any new information of what is happening with the car.
