Do not hire David Lewis, DC otherwise known as "Watch Your Back", he is a scam artist and will con you out of your money if you let him.
I was involved in a car accident my first week of moving to Las Vegas. I was referred to David Lewis (I can't call him a Dr. Doctors should be more ethical) by the personal injury attorney I hired.
When David Lewis arrived to my home, I reiterated the same thing to him as I did the attorney "I don't want to be liable for anything if the insurance portion does not work out and I end up uncovered", THEY BOTH AGREED. I also said to David Lewis, I don't think it's wise that I begin treatment until the insurance claim was finalized or at least I was told as to whether my insurance would cover the medical and if the other driver had insurance at all. Both parties coerced me into receiveing treatment, treatment that I denied and asked to be delayed multiple times.
Considering that a doctor wouldn't lie and that a law office would be knowledgeable either, I started treatment with David Lewis with the understanding that in the event of the insurance not working out I would not be liable for any charges. Once it was ascertained that the other driver did not have insurance and that my insurance would not cover medical expense the treatment stopped and I didn't hear from David Lewis until he sent a text message asking for $3,000. What kind of a doctor text messages you a bill? At the time I did feel bad that David Lewis spent time treating me and I did want to help, so I asked for time to scrape up money together to give to him, but admitted that it would not be $3,000. i didn't even have a car at the time, if I had a spare $3,000 laying around the house it would've went towards purchasing a new car.
Time went by and I guess too much for David Lewis' comfort. I received a number of harrassing text messages and phone calls asking for money and even a text that threatened "my credit" and another that stated that "I was not a man". At that moment I decided not to have any interest in "helping", David Lewis. After all, I was told that I would not be liable, and I am not in the business of helping anyone when they insult me.
Two years later I receive a collection notice from some local collection agency here in Vegas asking for a payment of a little over $6,000. David Lewis of Watch Your Back WILL NEVER get a dime from me. He is a liar, con artist and a scam artist. Never do business with this man, and if you need a chiropractor please find one that is reputable and credible. David Lewis of Watch Your Back should not be allowed to call himself a Dr. Please do not do business with him.
