Katie Lambert is his ex wife and from my understanding had nothing to do with it. However, as she was married to him and he was obviously getting money she had to have a clue. However, she got out of the marriage and during the court proceedings in 2005 she was not named in the action and he was issused the judgement. They must of found her innocent. He is still scamming people to this day. He was on the run with a woman for 3-4 months living in hotels in Vegas and from what I understand he ran his scams thru her accounts which are not closed but no charges have been brought against her and the bank just closed the accounts. Her name is Alica McCay but from my understanding she was duped by him and she wanted a relationship and didn't see his flaws, or refused to see them. She finally left him too but he is still out there doing what he pleases under many many other alias. Good luck

Criminal charges are not necessarily needed to have a civil case but it makes it easier to obtain a judgment. I think if anyone that he lied to about being an EMT to would have a serious case just on that fraud alone. Particularly, if they have documented him saying he is in writing. Also, be sure to point out any time he asked for money and swore he would pay you back. I think all of us know he never had any intention of paying anyone back. For that, he would have to have a job.
First I want to apologize. Getting upset and saying something negative about David's ACTUAL victims was wrong and I am sorry. I thought I would update you all. David actually attempted to apologize to me. His attempt was intercepted by my significant other and was not well recived. If he would like to attempt again, that is fine.
Tina, in line with her continuing line of selfishness and victim theme has only attempted to harras me further. In a phone call she started to state "you have to understand what hell this man has put me through for the last ten years." At which point I hung up. She then proceed to leave me several threating messages because I "called her out". I did call her out perviously but not even a fraction of what I could have said. So allow to go into further detail so in the future people will know David is not the only person to avoid at all cost. I was hospitalized on and off for roughly two weeks in early December due to issues I was having with a chronic, hereditary immune system disorder. At that point Tina decided that I need to immediately contact the police about David while I was in the hospital. She wanted me to call the police and have them come to my room or check myself out and go fill out a report at a station. The part that was just completely absurd was earlier that day I had just explained to Tina that I had gotten news from my doctor that if my kidney function did not increase drastically there was a high probability that I was going to need dialysis and a potential kidney transplant because my illness was causing my immune system to attack my kidneys and shut them down. I also explained that the thing that triggered my illness was stress. Apparently, later that day, that meant nothing to her because she decided that she wanted something from me and was going to scream at me through a phone until I did it. When I stopped answering my cell phone, she called the hospital, claimed to be family in order to get my room number, she then repeatedly called until the nurse removed the phone from my room because she was concerned about the effect it was having on my heart rate and blood pressure. Tina had absolutely no regard for the fact that she was contributing to my high stress level or the fact that by doing so it could actually cause my kidneys to completely stop functioning. She did not think about the fact that I am a mother to two young children, that I have people who love and need me, or that I actually am a functioning member of society who contributes to my community by donating both my time and resources to many local non profits. The only thing she seemed to care about was following through on whatever revenge scheme she cooked up in her mentally ill head and continuing to play victim. I have blocked her number and requested she not contact me but she continues to attempt to harras me on a weekly basis. To the point where, when I showed my phone bill to someone I know in local law enforcement for an opinion on a hypothetical scenario, I was told I had a better case against her for harrasment than David for fraud. I don't want anything to do with legal recourse because I don't like to let negative feelings in and fester. That's the fastest way to end up bitter, alone and in a consistent "victim" frame of mind. I am also far to busy, classy and sane for this messy shit.
I'd like to start by saying I'm sorry you had to endure this madness from both HardGay and Tina. I also feel it's very noble and respectable of you to simply accept an apology. You're a much better person than I.
Personally, I don't feel an apology is good enough. This man needs to be behind bars and/or institutionalized. Tina, seems she needs the same as well. You're right though, she is not a victim. She's made herself a victim because of what her sister went thru with David a decade ago. Her sister has moved on, but it's evident she has not, and probably never will.
His mother is no victim either. She ENABLES him. She knows he doesn't have a job, she knows he scams and knows that he hospital shops for narcotic medications. She has caught him on several occasions. His own sister knows as well, and also enables his disgusting criminal behaviors. Mommy let's HardGay borrow her car, let's him live in her home, etc. She is beyond well aware of what he does to get all the fancy and very expensive electronic toys he has littering his room. Anyone, for that matter, who stands by and enables this piece of shit should be ashamed of themselves.
I have zero doubt that David will get caught in the very near future. He recycles the same stories and lies over and over to every woman he meets. It's only a matter of time before he scams the WRONG person and either gets himself a lengthy prison sentence or a hefty ass kicking. Hopefully both.
Point is, in my opinion, him apologizing will do nothing. He gives blind, empty apologies to every woman he meets and scams. He needs to be stopped. If not the authorities, posting info on him on sites such as this will help insure that his name and any alias he uses is out there, so other women can be warned.
I know you're upset with Tina. She has attacked everyone of us who has had anything to do with David. I'm curious what made made her realize that something stunk about him. This new woman said she saw him coming out of Summerlin hospital several times? Well, that would certainly explain the photos he posted of himself a couple months ago, while posing outside of hospitals.
The reason why he goes to hospitals, is 2 things: A) He crafts these ridiculous stories about being a paramedic, fireman, army Ranger with emt training to get these women interested in him.. Then has these women MEET him, or times it perfectly, so they SEE him at the hospital, and/or see him as he's walking out of the hospital with his fake gear. The EMT gear he has, he got from his nephew, who is a REAL Army Ranger paramedic.
Remember, HardGay has played this game before? However, he used to have these women see him walking out of a FIREHOUSE. Specifically the one at the CSN college campus. So, it seems he has changed up his con game a bit. Not much, just a small change.
On to the 2nd reason. B) He goes to the hospital for fake gallbladder attacks, in hopes of getting opiates prescribed to him.. And, he does, or used to, go ER shopping regularly.. However, With the new patient tracking system that's in place, it connects almost all the hospitals in the valley. It's extremely hard, really next to impossible, for junkies to hop from hospital to hospital to try and obtain narcotic pain medication.. Furthermore, HardGay knew this system was in place. That's why he would time his ER excursions for every 10 days to 2 weeks, or for however long he was prescribed medication for, in order not to overlap his narcotic prescriptions he was getting from these hospitals.
Perhaps he is on soboxone?! Due to ER shopping in this town is near impossible. However, it's highly doubtful.
Remember, he is a very Crafty liar and can easily fool those who are far too trusting. I think the soboxone story is bullshit. He wants women to think he's clean. That way, when he goes to steal medication, or attempt to "shop" for it, the women he is scamming won't suspect it's him. Sounds ridiculous, sure. But, keep in mind that David specifically targets women he knows he can scam. Unfortunately, he has gotten very skilled at picking just the right ones to bowl over.

He was finally arrested in las Vegas on January 22, 2014, however, he was let go. I believe he just got a fine. He was on the run for a warrant from 2005 for these scams. Katie Lambert is his ex wife and from my understanding had nothing to do with it. However, as she was married to him and he was obviously getting money she had to have a clue. However, she got out of the marriage and during the court proceedings in 2005 she was not named in the action and he was issused the judgement. They must of found her innocent. He is still scamming people to this day. He was on the run with a woman for 3-4 months living in hotels in Vegas and from what I understand he ran his scams thru her accounts which are not closed but no charges have been brought against her and the bank just closed the accounts. Her name is Alica McCay but from my understanding she was duped by him and she wanted a relationship and didn't see his flaws, or refused to see them. She finally left him too but he is still out there doing what he pleases under many many other alias. Good luck

I turned to a friend who is a local attorney. They are a civil claims/personal injury lawyer, however, I was informed that if I wanted to seek criminal charges I would have to make an appointment with the DA's office. Criminal charges are not necessarily needed to have a civil case but it makes it easier to obtain a judgment. I think if anyone that he lied to about being an EMT to would have a serious case just on that fraud alone. Particularly, if they have documented him saying he is in writing. Also, be sure to point out any time he asked for money and swore he would pay you back. I think all of us know he never had any intention of paying anyone back. For that, he would have to have a job.

First I want to apologize. Getting upset and saying something negative about David's ACTUAL victims was wrong and I am sorry. I thought I would update you all. David actually attempted to apologize to me. His attempt was intercepted by my significant other and was not well recived. If he would like to attempt again, that is fine.
Tina, in line with her continuing line of selfishness and victim theme has only attempted to harras me further. In a phone call she started to state "you have to understand what hell this man has put me through for the last ten years." At which point I hung up. She then proceed to leave me several threating messages because I "called her out". I did call her out perviously but not even a fraction of what I could have said. So allow to go into further detail so in the future people will know David is not the only person to avoid at all cost. I was hospitalized on and off for roughly two weeks in early December due to issues I was having with a chronic, hereditary immune system disorder. At that point Tina decided that I need to immediately contact the police about David while I was in the hospital. She wanted me to call the police and have them come to my room or check myself out and go fill out a report at a station. The part that was just completely absurd was earlier that day I had just explained to Tina that I had gotten news from my doctor that if my kidney function did not increase drastically there was a high probability that I was going to need dialysis and a potential kidney transplant because my illness was causing my immune system to attack my kidneys and shut them down. I also explained that the thing that triggered my illness was stress. Apparently, later that day, that meant nothing to her because she decided that she wanted something from me and was going to scream at me through a phone until I did it. When I stopped answering my cell phone, she called the hospital, claimed to be family in order to get my room number, she then repeatedly called until the nurse removed the phone from my room because she was concerned about the effect it was having on my heart rate and blood pressure. Tina had absolutely no regard for the fact that she was contributing to my high stress level or the fact that by doing so it could actually cause my kidneys to completely stop functioning. She did not think about the fact that I am a mother to two young children, that I have people who love and need me, or that I actually am a functioning member of society who contributes to my community by donating both my time and resources to many local non profits. The only thing she seemed to care about was following through on whatever revenge scheme she cooked up in her mentally ill head and continuing to play victim. I have blocked her number and requested she not contact me but she continues to attempt to harras me on a weekly basis. To the point where, when I showed my phone bill to someone I know in local law enforcement for an opinion on a hypothetical scenario, I was told I had a better case against her for harrasment than David for fraud. I don't want anything to do with legal recourse because I don't like to let negative feelings in and fester. That's the fastest way to end up bitter, alone and in a consistent "victim" frame of mind. I am also far to busy, classy and sane for this messy shit.

Personally, I don't feel an apology is good enough. This man needs to be behind bars and/or institutionalized. Tina, seems she needs the same as well. You're right though, she is not a victim. She's made herself a victim because of what her sister went thru with David a decade ago. Her sister has moved on, but it's evident she has not, and probably never will.

I'm curious what made made her realize that something stunk about him. This new woman said she saw him coming out of Summerlin hospital several times? Well, that would certainly explain the photos he posted of himself a couple months ago, while posing outside of hospitals.
The reason why he goes to hospitals, is 2 things: A) He crafts these ridiculous stories about being a paramedic, fireman, army Ranger with emt training to get these women interested in him.. Then has these women MEET him, or times it perfectly, so they SEE him at the hospital, and/or see him as he's walking out of the hospital with his fake gear. The EMT gear he has, he got from his nephew, who is a REAL Army Ranger paramedic.
Remember, HardGay has played this game before? However, he used to have these women see him walking out of a FIREHOUSE. Specifically the one at the CSN college campus. So, it seems he has changed up his con game a bit. Not much, just a small change.
On to the 2nd reason. B) He goes to the hospital for fake gallbladder attacks, in hopes of getting opiates prescribed to him.. And, he does, or used to, go ER shopping regularly.. However, With the new patient tracking system that's in place, it connects almost all the hospitals in the valley. It's extremely hard, really next to impossible, for junkies to hop from hospital to hospital to try and obtain narcotic pain medication.. Furthermore, HardGay knew this system was in place. That's why he would time his ER excursions for every 10 days to 2 weeks, or for however long he was prescribed medication for, in order not to overlap his narcotic prescriptions he was getting from these hospitals.
Perhaps he is on soboxone?! Due to ER shopping in this town is near impossible. However, it's highly doubtful.
Remember, he is a very Crafty liar and can easily fool those who are far too trusting. I think the soboxone story is bullshit. He wants women to think he's clean. That way, when he goes to steal medication, or attempt to "shop" for it, the women he is scamming won't suspect it's him. Sounds ridiculous, sure. But, keep in mind that David specifically targets women he knows he can scam. Unfortunately, he has gotten very skilled at picking just the right ones to bowl over.

This was very hard to do since they had been friends for so many years but she was protecting her kids from a psycho and NOT allowing him in her home.
