I contacted David ByKowski, RN to talk about a litter of Boston terrier puppies he had for sale. We spoke about them and he admitted their mother had died early on. At first I felt like I could trust him but soon found out that trust was misplaced. The first time we talked, he had the right answers and wanted to "protect me by using paypal." The pictures of the puppies showed a brown spot on the puppy I ended up choosing that he said was fabric. I believed him and transfered $250 to his paypal account as a deposit for one of the male puppies. I asked for pictures a few days later because the puppies were young and their eyes had not opened at the time I gave the deposit. He sent pictures of the puppy I had chosen with brown in his nails which to me looked like he was crawling around in poop. I got a bad feeling after that and a week later asked for a refund of my deposit.
He agreed that once he sold the puppy he would give it to me. I questioned him about a week later asking if the puppy had sold. I also offered to give him $50 for his time. I was met with hostility and rudeness and was told that if I didn't stop texting him he would not refund my money. I let it go for another week and then text messaged him that I would be contacting authorities because I did not believe he even had a puppy to sell. I was told I would NEVER get my deposit back and various other things about me being a moron and an idiot. I didn't feel comfortable dealing with this man anymore and said I'd pass it to my husband which was met with severe hostility. It's close to a month after I sent him the money. He claims he's sold the puppy and will NOT be refunding me because he didn't like me texting him and bothering him. People this man has committed fraud by taking money for a "product" he did not produce and then refusing to refund my deposit. So he sold a puppy and received my deposit too? Someone comment on this and tell me how to get my money back please.
