DG Remodeling, LLC Atlanta, GA 30328 owned by Enrique Diaz and Ricardo Guevara ph dg-remodelingatlanta.com was hired to renovate our master bathroom, paint, and make some other miinor repairs and renovations. All in all, approximately $15k in work. Within a month of installing our expensive marble tile in our master bath, there are multiple 3ft long and 5 ft long cracks in the tile due to improper subfloor preparation and improper installation of the tile. Hot and cold water are reversed on our shower. Shower exhaust fan was not properly vented to the soffit or roof. Tub does not get hot, only lukewarm. We have made numerous repeated attempts to get Enrique Diaz and DG Remodeling to repair/replace the floor etc. via phone, text, and email. His answer "Not my problem". He is non-responsive and unwilling to take responsibility for his shotty work. Even had the nerve to come back out to look at the floor, blame it on something totally unrelated and wanted to chagre an additional $4800 to repair something that doesnt need to be repaired and basically refused to repair the cracking tile floor they installed incorrectly.
