I had the WORST experience here, ever and it just so happens that everyone I talk to as said the same. Soooo I wonder just how many dissatisfied David's Bridal Customers there are out there that aren't saying anything. It's sad that it has resorted to me posting a petty comment on your facebook wall-but what else is one to do when you have tried EVERYTHING and ANYTHING to get the Corporate's sympathy and NOTHING is being done about it. First of all, this is my wedding--not just a random shopping trip that I can return my purchase and simply wash my hands of the situation. This is about MY WEDDING DRESS. I am a clearance and bargain shopper and I initially went into DB with a budget of $500.00 and left with a Vera Wang Signature dress and I spent 3x as much because of the awesome gratitude and royal customer service I received from my first visit. The lady I bought my dress from sold me as soon as she cried and hugged me while I was saying ""Yes to the Dress"". However, since then, it has been a nightmare. From the alterations lady rushing me through a 19 minute MAX alteratoin session and telling me I wasn't allowed to have anyone come back with me to help me with the alterations. Then to another consultant rolling her eyes at me and saying rude comments under her breath when I was looking at Bridesmaid dresses. Once I brought it to someones attention, the ONLY thing the manager and Corporate customer service did- was accuse me lying! This horrific experience just recently ended by having my Fiance personally go in and pick up the dress to finish getting altered elsewhere. This store should be ashame, along with their Corporate office for allowing a company to act they way that they have about something that is suppose to be uniquely special in my life. Thank you for starting this proces off as a nightmare. I can't reset with this. This is not fair. I even mailed a 6 page letter of my entire experience to the Corporate office, TWO MONTHS ago, and I have yet to be contacted.

Then I just recently called back and the same customer service representative asked me what I would like and she said coldly, ""We do not just throw money around, what makes you think you deserve money back or a discount, and why do you think everyone in the store was rolling their eyes at you?"" Rudest customer service ""expert"" I have ever dealt with. I asked for her managers information and she refused to give it to me--wonder why.
