I ordered a Ghost Box from the Ghosthunter Store. I never received confirmation on my order. When my ghost box arrived, it was defective. I boxed it up and at my expense shipped it back. I sent emails to Mr. Juliano about how I should go about returning the Ghost Box. He never responded. I sent it back, again I emailed him to let him know. He finally responded with.."what is wrong with it?" I explained it didn't work..it was like plugging in a TV and no connection. He emailed me and asked..."can you explain more how it doesn't work?" By then the GB was on it's way back to him. after a week I emailed him to ask on the status, I wanted another one not my money back, I made that clear. No relpy. Finally I went to the post office with the tracking number to see what was going on. They told me that they delivered my package and it had been setting for nine days without anyone picking it up. I emailed him to let him know. He was extremely rude. He told me he was at a conference, mind you he also told me my GB never arrived. It did, he never picked it up. I emailed him to ask when I was getting another one. He hemed and hawed. You have to be kidding me..! I paid almost $80.00 for a piece of junk that didn't work and he hesitated to make this right!! He continued to email me and tell me how he was a cop ( I had threatned to call the attorney general if he did not respond to my emails) and informed me he knew the law and there was nothing I could do! He also informed me that he is a priest. Instead of being professional and taking care of the problem, he kept sending me meaningless emails about his life. Talk about ego! He then emailed me to tell me that he decided to not send me a GB and would refund my money. He took his time on that too. He finally did credit my paypal account.
