My name is Louis Tulley. I'm writing this ripoff report against my neighbor and former friend, Dana Barrett, (sometimes referred to as "Zuul") I have gone out of my way to be overwhelmingly nice to this deceptive, lying woman. I have offered her mineral water as she passes my door to get to her own apartment, I have invited her to several classic parties that I throw, and not-to-mention I have even climbed out on our building's ledge (we live on the 22nd floor) to try to disconnect her cable when she leaves her TV up too loud when she exits the apartment. Finally, she agreed to come to a party I was having for about 15 of my clients.
"I'll stop by", she claimed. "Great! I'll tell everyone you're coming!", I told her, as she gave a friendly smile and nod, indicating she's guaranteeing to be there. I went ahead and spent a ton of money on this party to impress her: I ordered fresh room-temperature Brie, real smoked salmon from Nova Scotia, Canada (which retails at $49.95 per pound but luckily only cost me $24.12 after tax), I bought board games such as Twister and Yahtzee!, and I even ordered a DJ so we could do some break-dancing. Needless-to-say, this cost me a small fortune!
Guess what? Dana Barrett NO-SHOWED! All this money I spent to throw this would-be CLASSIC party, and she chooses NOT to show up! I cannot believe her! On top of it, her STINKIN' dog got loose and broke through my FRONT DOOR! (Another huge expense)! Her dog (the size of a bear and ugly and vicious as sin) then chased me all the way down the elevator and across the street, to which I had to seek shelter in the restaurant directly across the street from my apartment! There's not supposed to be ANY pets in the building anyway, and I'll be bringing this up at the next tenant's meeting. Dana Barrett PRETENDS to be your friend, however she is nothing but a LIAR that will cost you a lot of money! Stay away from her, especially when she introduces herself as "Zuul". I'm such a forgiving person, however... all I ask for is a sincere apology.
