Dan Casey, with Pro Built Construction was hired to do an extensive remodel on an investment home. He promised a 5 to 6 week completion because he has a crew of 18 men. He took 9,000 as a down payment and basically ordered windows, and put in a new plumbing stack, he demanded that a second payment be made at "rough in" which to him was the plumbing stack being done, naive us, we paid him an additional 7,000, and we havent' seen or heard from him since March. He won't return phone calls, texts, or emails. He didn't even bother to respond to our attornys letter. Don't use him or his company, his wife Nicole is just as big a fraud as he is, as she accepts money when he is "too busy with other projects to meet"
