These people pay a poor wage and offer very little benefits. They expect more from an employee then they pay or offer. Only thing I've ever gotten is employee of the month. Designated parking spot and a WORTHLESS plaque on the wall for a month. Big deal. They don't care for the customer any better. I'm looking elsewhere for work.
