I ordered a Canvas Print off of a Daily Steals - deal print for $19.99 with FREE shipping. VERY misleading... this is a canvas poster- no frame. Listed for 9.99. I tried calling - on hold for an hour... finally submitted email. Told it specifically states it is not a ready to hang poster. NOT. Told I could return the psoter and pay the shipping!! NEVER again Daily STEALS- STEALS is right.
I am a customer of Daily Steals. I have purchased many items from them and I am dissapointed to be treated the way I have been lately.
On January 18, 2015 I purcahsed one: Metal LED Police Flashlight from Daily Steals. One of the reasons why I purchased is because I wanted it for home security and the battery is rechargeable. When it arrived the Flashlight casing was in the box along with the battery charging devise. No chargeable battery was included with the flashlight whicn rendered this item useless.
I immediatley emailed them requesting either a return it or a battery to be sent to me. I waited over a week with no response, I emailed them again and I did receive a response saying due to the weather they are unable to respond but will be in touch soon.
I checked on Daily Steals website under my Account/Order and this item was listed as "Return Rejected". I never received a response back from any of the numerous emails/Contact Us I sent.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return if requested within 30 days of receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, a full refund will be provided. If the item is not defective, damaged, or incorrect, a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item is missing original packaging and/or accessories, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
I made one last attempt, my last Email/Contact Us was sent February 23, 2015 asking if I can replace this flashlight with another they had listed on the Daily Steals page. I still have not received a response.
Lastly, I ordered on 2/12/15 a iPhone Case, they have received full payment from me, and I have yet to receive this item. No communications informing me of a back order or the order was shipped was ever sent to me either. I have no idea when or if I will receive this purchase I have already paid for!
I purchased two Incipio wireless charging pads for use with cell phones. Both are defective and do not work. They are scratched and appear to be customer returns. Company will not respond to emails requesting a return ship label and refund.
