This man is NOT a license contractor in TX or any other state!!! This man is dishonest and a scam artist. He portrays himself as a christian, but I have proof to prove otherwise. He moves in other people's property with the agreement that he would fix up the houses and/or be a handyman for them, but once he moves into these $200,000.00 to $760.000.00 homes, he refuses to do the work or pay rent.
He has 6 evictions on him in Collin County, Tx alone, and a law suit pending on him from a former landlord. The IRS was hot on him for claiming to have a business but not reporting or paying any taxes for the previous 6 years. This man spent 8 years taking his ex wife back and worth to court for custody, just so he could avoid paying child support.
He currently owes $15,348.00 in back child support through TX Attorney Generals office.
Please check Collin County Website for verification. Ask him to show you proof of his so-called license. He says he's been in business for 25 years, but he's only 42 years old, and moved to TX in 2004 from Greenville, MS where he worked on a catfish farm for Dillard & Co. Please do a thorough research before you hire someone to come into your home. Stay away from this man!
