I been thinking to do radian berier in my attic for some time,got 3 estimates from different companies .My hous is about 3600sf and the lowest quote was $3700.my brother in law told me about D&m and sayd they probably will give u better price sins they did the same for him.called them for free estimate and couldn't believe there price to do the work was half then the best estimate I got,didn't think twice and make the appoint to do the work.all I can say is Joseph and his crew are expert in this,they spry every inch of my attic and cover Evrething without getting my staff sprayed.they did excellent job for a fair price. Thanks a lot.
They were in and out cleaning my air duct&carpet, very efficient professional and polite,treat my house like there own living Evrething clean like it was before they did the work.
Mr Chris,we appreciate every good or bad review we get from our customers however we don't appreciate using this system to try to hurt our good name by posting false review and not the truth about what really happened.when our tech got to your house the first thing he told u is the door will be slightly open to run the vacuum hose,u said "no problem my dog is in the back and my cat is in the master bedroom". part of our chimney cleaning is safety inspection and checking the cap on the roof.since u been using the chimney the pass 13 years and never cleaned it (according to u), the cap was cover with sued.u did want to go on the roof to see it for your self but your wife did not want u to climb on 24 foot latter and ask the tech to take pick of the cap.our tech could not show u a pick of somebody else cap because he took the pick with YOUR PHONE. we pay sales tax on every job we provide so we have to charge the tax like any other company in the same business category. excellent service and customer satisfaction in our main priority so if there is anything i can do for u please contact me at 469-4161282. Joseph and his crew did excellent job cleaning my HVAC system and air duct, I usd to dust my hous every 3-4 days now ones a month.thx Joseph.

I called them over to clean my air ducts since they have never been cleaned. They got in, did the job and made sure everything was put back the way it was when they came. I was able to tell the difference in the air after they had left. They told me my chimney also needed cleaning. I went up on the roof and looked at the dirty chimney that has never been cleaned. They had cleaned it up for me, not leaving a mess and the fire place lit up beautifully. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. I will definitely call back to get my carpets cleaned. Thank you Gabriel, and his team.
This is in regards to Jeffs response to the previous complaint made for my address. The complaint was made by my boyfriend. Jeff who I am assuming is a manager or owner of the company responded with a completely made up story. I do not appreciate this at all. We were ripped off and deserve the service we paid for or our money back. I do not know many who just give their money away- and this is basically what we did.
About our "chimney sweep"- Two employees rang our doorbell and we let them in. The door was kept open the entire time. They laid down two sheets to cover the front room. A vacuum was brought in and one guy sucked out the ash in the fireplace while the other guy went on the roof. He brought in HIS OWN PHONE to show us a picture of the chimney. He said that something needed to be replaced and this would double the price we were quoted initially.
My boyfriend then went on the roof himself to look at it. He came back down and told me that the picture the guy showed him was of someone elses chimney! Of course, we told him no we did not want that done and just to clean the chimney as planned originally. And yes, at this point we are not happy that this guy would lie to us to get an upsell. But no one was confronted- we just wanted the job done and over with.
The other guy brought in what looked like a bendable pole and attached it to some motored machine that made it spin around. This pole was about 5 feet long. He put it up the fireplace and spun it around for a couple minutes. It made some particles fall to the bottom- the particles looked like soot/ash. The amount that had fallen might have filled half a coffee cup. He vacuumed this up and cleaned up his mess and they were finished. The entire time the other guy was inside the house. He did not go back to the roof to do anything from the top.
We were then asked to pay. I am not positive but I believe it was about $150 (includes tax)- We were then upset that we were paying taxes on labor, unaware that this IS legit. We then asked them to get out of our house as we felt like we were being lied to and ripped off. While we were wrong about the taxes- we were still charged for a service that was not done properly. We were also lied to while this guy was showing us pictures of someone elses chimney. I believe that he was upset that he did not get the upcharge and this is why we received horrible service.
When we lit a fire the next time the living room filled with smoke, as it did before. The half a coffee cup of ash that they knocked out of the BOTTOM of the fireplace- obviously- did not do the job. We call the people back and they say they will not come back out because we were rude for asking the guys to leave our house. I tell Danny/David that I need to talk to the owner. He told me to call back the same number (cell phone) the next day and ask for Gabriel. I call back the next day and Danny/David said Gabriel was now on vacation and to call back on 1/2/15. Well can you believe that I have still had no luck with this matter. $150 for no service and some guy come in our house and lie to us to up the bill.
hi Cassie,out of respect to the viewers i will not go in with u about "he said she said",i will stick to the facts and prove them.#1 u said the guys left the door open the whole time.. well we use professional truck mount equipment,so if u have any suggestion how to run a vacuum hose through a door without having the door slightly open..i'm all ears.#2 ruining a fire inside your home is a serious business so every responsible company that clean your chimney will preform "safety inspection" and check for cracks,damage damper or cap on roof,so if something need to be repair or replace the tech will let u know(it is a fire hazer).#3 it is not even possible for the tech to get upset if u don't want to do it as u claim because we DO NOT offer replacement or repair of any kind on chimneys,so why would he be upset.#4 u said he did take the photo with his own phone..OK lets assume he did,but he CAN NOT lie and show u somebody else photo because in every phone there is the locution,the day and the time above the photo when its been taken... so really? #5 they did use 5feet flex pole attach to a metal bristle brush but there were 6 of them connect to each other sins u can't run 30feet solid pole and your boyfriend was watching them the whole time when they connect and disconnect the poles ,#6 u claim that smoke filled the living room next time u lit fire, how can it be? your boyfriend claim in his review another company came the same day and told him the chimney is not clean and not safe to burn fire so why would u start a fire knowing its not safe? that just prove one of u is lying.#7 U "not sure' what u payed..u have invoice show the total of 139.64 not 150.#8 for over 25 year we provide excellent service to more then 300.000 homes in DFW, if all what u saying was true don't u think we will have at least one complain or review to support your claims? #9 if the service was so terrible and u felt lied to and ripped off as u described how come u signed the invoice were its says " work was complete and was for my satisfaction"(i don't know any customer that will do that).

I would steer clear of this joke. First off rang doorbell and let my cat out without warning, next went on roof and came back down to show me a pic of chimney that needed to be cleaned and or replace. I went up on roof to inspect, my chimney cap was clean and was not the one he showed me in the pic. That is when I knew I was in for a ride, Allowed them to do the basic cleaning and as I watched I seen that it was not being done correctly due to the fact I would not spend the extra $200 the guy said I needed to have done. Once the bill was filled out , not even noting what I was being charged for the guy added tax, in the state of Texas you do not pay tax on labor only materials. When I said this to the guy he got all upset and wanted to start to getting into it with me. That is when I asked him to leave. I called the office and the Dan hung up on me and would not answer my call from then on. I had another company come out the same day and they inspected the work and said that my chimney was not cleaned nor had any signs of being cleaned in order to have proper ventelation for a fire to burn,, I would not recommend this company for any repair or service anywhere.
