If you want nothing but trouble, give them a call! Oh wait. You can't. They answer the phone 1 out of 100 calls. Don't bother leaving a voicemail. The voice mailbox is probably full and if it's not and you leave a message, don't expect to get called back.
My home warranty company forced us to use them and to pay them a service fee to come and "look" at our AC. They "looked" at it alright. They said some wires were loose so they tightened them... it did nothing, and we managed to get them to come out a second time and the guy looked at it and said yeah it's broken but I can't get any parts for it today so I'll just look around some other day and call you back. I have never heard from them at all. I have called them 67 times and gotten nothing but lies.
They were required by the home warranty place to call us within 24 hours of the issue... 3 days later we heard nothing. I could go on forever about the terrible experience with them. Bottom line: it's like pulling teeth to get them to work and you'll be kicking them the whole way. It's been since June 18th that our AC went out and here it is July 9th... still not fixed. Three weeks of 100 degree weather. Don't waste your time or money on them!!!
