I already wrote a review still can't open. Went to website..must have an account..to reach tech must have a code to send email. contact number to corporate office in California but, need a person' name or go back to the website. I called 411 here is the number they gave me (214) 379-6200. Left the message .if I don't receive a call today I will contact the BBB and the company's President. I ten minutes ago I got a call from the number above the don't deal with this app . I will give an update to you guys. The number above don't deal with the app. I am so angry.
I have PowerDirector 7 installed on my computer. It informed me of a upgrade to version 12 at a discount. Using version 7 it directed me to the Cyberlink site where I purchased the upgrade. Upon installing, it notified me that it will only upgrade versions 9.0, 10.0, 11.0 and 12.0.
Cyberlinks customer service is nonexistant. You click on contact links that either take you bck to previous pages or to FAQs. They provide a number that tries to sell you a carribean cruise. You can not contact their offices in California unless you know someone. So far no responses from them at all.
