We are intemediary company for buyer and seller of Indonesian ginger contract. Buyer has issued Letter of credit to CV Exotic Tropical Rainforest as per their proforma invoice. Buyer from Bangladesh visited CV Exotic Tropical Rainforest in Indonesia before loading ginger. CV Exotic Tropical Rainforest offered buyer to bypass our company and do business direct when all parties already signed NCNDA together. Buyer has sent us to proof of email that CV Exotic Tropical Rainforest sent new proforma Invoice to buyer's email.
Buyer visited CV Exotic Tropical Rainforest's office on 24th of June 2014, until today 5th of July, No ginger can be found anywhere or seen. Actual loading date was on 26th of June and 29th of June, twice. And since CV Exotic Tropical Rainforest realised they breached ICC NCNDA, they told me they don't want to do business with us and won't do loading and let L/C expire automatically soon. Buyer has spent so much money to open L/C and staying in Indonesia and CV Exotic Tropical Rainforest is not answering phone or email back. They just want to let L/C to be expired and hands off from this deal without any responsibility.
