Curtis Total Service grossly overcharged my elderly handicapped mother to install 2 toilets in her home. Rich Price, the manager informed me that if she is incompetent to realize they were overcharging her for their services, it was my fault for allowing them to rip her off. He then told me he would repay her $345 of the $1845 even though i insisted he could have profitted plenty by charging her $600.00. he further told me his company would no longer provide services for her without my consent. Several weeks have passed with no reimbusement. They just called her a few days ago to see if they could steal any more money from her. when she explained she would no longer do business with them, and that they never reimbused the meager amount they promised, he blamed the secretary.

On a happy call to this customer she told us she was very happy with the job and was surprised that her son took that approach.
