I WILL TAKE THE MATTER UP WITH INDIEGOGO, IT IS TIME THEY FILE AND EMAIL YOU A BLACK LIST OF SCAMMERS AFTER STARTING A CAMPAIGN WITH THEM.

To my surprise you are blaming me for not reading your blog (altough i did read your blog partly) and not doing my own actions? So you are saying now that I am the reason for your failure to deliver as promissed?
No Howard, I am upset that I paid you 399 USD for a PRO PR package but i received an amateur representation and plenty excuses and a set of tricky written Terms&Conditions.
Terms and conditions (which by the way I did read before I decided to hire you) are restrictive and written in such a way to protect your company interests. I was not surprised, it is something all companies do.
They might help you in court, but not in ONLINE justice.
A PR job is NOT to guarantee donations or money flows but to attract targeted people towards a given project. This is what I was expecting from you. This is why 195 visits in 12 days and 0 (zero) USD donations = 0% conversion rate are seen as a BIG failure for a so called professional PR company and a PRO package. 0% coversion rate means NO TARGETED PEOPLE!! but rather random or even worse, internet robots.

I used the Crowdfund Buzz Top Press release consultant package from www.Crowdfundbuzz.com for my Indiegogo campaign. I went with their Consultant package and received no value and no results, despite their promises. They did not get me any exposure that they promised for my Indiegogo campaign, beware of this Crowdfunding Service,. I’m writing this to inform other crowdfunders of my terrible experience with this Crowdfund PR service that I had for my Indiegogo project so that the crowdfunding community does not support a scam operation like Crowdfundbuzz ever again.
As soon as I paid for the top level package and became a crowdfund-buzz client they stopped responding to my emails about any questions I had about what they were even doing on the back end to promote my project! All of my emails went unasnwered with Crowdfund Buzz, they literally just took my money and ran. They portray themelves as the top crowdfund promoters and that they'll be with you every step of the way but they most certainly were NOT! They also promised me this on their Services page "CrowdFund Buzz will take your press release to the media via industry-standard newswires to deliver news of your crowdfunding campaign to an army of journalists, news outlets and bloggers who write for the largest newspapers, websites and blogs throughout the world."
I have launched 2 campaigns already on Indiegogo and had a Kickstarter project up earlier this year. I went with the crowd fund buzz service because I thought they were legit and that they would get us actual press promotion on news sites, blogs, etc. I was promised that and more but I got nothing.

They NEVER consulted me after I signed up, I tried scheduling a call with someone to talk about the progress of my campaign and I wanted a little more detail on the status of the press releases since I was on board for over 2 weeks at this point. The only time they responded to my emails was with templated auto responders that told me to “be patient” and to call our number at 888-983-1682 which I did call, it was a call center service representative who would just try to point me back to the website or they would tell me to keep emailing them at [email protected] I told them I was already a client and that I wanted to talk about what was already being done for my campaign and every time they would just hang up on me.
They never consulted me about the press release service I paid for and they also never “created a unique crowdfunding promotion social media campaign for my project” even though they do PR and Social Media for Crowdfunding. But they never talked to me about it and I did get promotion on their facebook and twitter profiles, they would just post my campaign title and the link to my campaign for about 10 times throughout my campaign. They promoted my campaign to their facebook "fans" and Twitter "followers" on their account @icrowdfundbuzz / icrowdfundbuzz for my Indiegogo campaign (All of these are fake by the way and gave no actual engagement). As I later checked because of the total lack of engagement that every post had, not one favourite, retweet, tweet at, like, comment, or share. I looked into it and found out they were all fake twitter profiles and fake facebook profiles.
But the apparent bread and butter of the service is their Crowdfund Buzz crowdfunding Press release PR promotion, all that they do is promote your indiegogo campaign, Kickstarter campaign or any other project to a general list of media who they've always sent to, over and over and who give no real results. Still after receiving no real results from their service I opened up a Paypal dispute but they somehow got away with keeping my money because they had seller protection so they won the case..
Their success stories and testiomonials page is also very FAKE. I contacted 8 random campaign owners that I found on both pages on there from both Kickstarter and Indiegogo and all of them said they never even heard of Crowdfund buzz let alone used it. To convince people to sign up they take the top success stories for each platform and put the widget up on their site and then claim that the campaign used their crowdfunding PR promotion packages to get them exposure and eventually get them great results, this is how they got me to sign up for their top Crowdfundbuzz package here http://crowdfundbuzz.com/consultant-package/
My campaign was for a new smartphone charger that was portable, great for traveling and had tons of utilities, I asked them to target specific technology based media contacts but they didn't, they just did general promotion for it and didn't even target people who were anywhere near related to my product, I got some very little amounts of referrals, I checked the indiegogo analytics and they gave me only 42 referrals...and NOT ONE contributed, everyone else who contributed to my crowdfund campaign came from another service I used and from within my own network.
Even after I pointed all of this out to them they still never responded to my emails, ironic enough because I got their special "Crowd Fund Buzz" Consultant package. but still, my advice to others, Don't waste your money on Crowdfundbuzz's service.
