Kevin Williams, Criminal Justice Legal Offices.Received a call at work. Received a complaint about me stating there are 3 allegations against me and a warrant is being issued. Calling from NY but I live in IL. Haven't been to NY in 10+ years. Its a robo/recorded from some foreigner (no offense) and the call keeps breaking up. Extremely time sensitive time call immediately 646-583-1491. Called my cell phone too and I blocked it.
Kevin Williams from Criminal Justice Legal Law Services left a robo sounding voice mail. 3 allegations against me, arrest warrant will be issued, time sensitive blah blah at 347-809-3469. Don't be fooled!
I received a voicemail stating there were 3 legal actions against me and a warrant would be issued for my arrest. I called back and was told there were legal actions against me. I told the guy who had a thick accent ( Pakistan or similar) there were no legal actions against me he said who told you that. I told I know for a fact there are none. He then proceeded to tell me the last 4 digits of a SS # which was not mine and then asked to confirm my DOB. Which again was not correct. He asked if I work for this one company and gave the name I said no. He said he must have the wrong person. So I asked him what these legal actions were and he told me he would have me arrested and in jail by morning " you dirty b***h". I told him to bring it on I told him go ahead send the cops out. He said he wasn't sending the cops out dirty b***h he was coming himself vans once I was in jail he'd do my a*s. I told him he didn't have the balls. He said he had the balls and he'd show me. I said yeah whatever go ahead come and get me and I hung up. When my husband called back off of three different phone numbers he wouldn't answer the phone He said his name was kevin Williams It was a scam to confirm my DOB and SS numbers I refuse to give my number out over the phone and if you really were gonna issue a warrant for my arrest you wouldn't call me bout it first. Stupid people don't fall for it
I also got a call today from this creep. I told the scum bag that I'll meet him at Taco Bell and buy him a burrito then I'll punch him in the stomach. Then I admonished the $hit face for trying to take advantage of decent folk.
I was contacted today by a man with a strong Indian accent said his name was Jay Smith with Criminal Justice Legal Law Service. I was told that I would be charged with fraud and 2 other counts. That court papers were going to be filed in Indiana and I would be served at work as well. He had current work info but not current address. Apparently the payday loan I had was from over 3 years ago. Because I was vulnerable to current outstanding loans I had I thought this was a more current one I had neglected to settle myself. He told me he had to read all this legal stuff to me but I was not to interrupt him. I asked if he was an attorney he said NO. I asked why I hadn't been contacted sooner by email or mail before it had gotten this far out of hand. He said info was emailed to me and sent but to an old address (one I hadn't lived at for 2 years). I was in tears on the phone thinking I was going to go to jail. I was told the outstanding amount due was $2000 but if this went to court I would be responsible for over $5000 of court costs and other fines imposed upon me. I told him of my misfortune of bankruptcy, short sale of my house and marriage separation. He then said so you are a good person with no other outstanding judgments or legal action against you? I said NO I never meant to defraud anyone just bad dumb luck and poor decisions. He then said this is what I can do for you....I will pass your file on to the legal team and see what we can do but if you can pay $2000 today we can avoid this being file in court.I was beside myself I offered a credit card but he said can I do a withdrawal and maybe that could work. Well my credit card doesn't allow that much of a withdrawal and thank goodness. I told him I had to confess all this to my husband to see how I could get the money. He gave me 5 minutes and then I was to call him back. The more I thought about this the more I questioned his motives. Thankfully when I was home I googled this company and low and behold I found this website. He has since called me 4 times and left a message stating that he could no longer help me and my case was being forwarded to continue prosecution.
I keep getting phone calls and emails from this group telling me that they have a complaint that they are going to send to local authorities against me. What little information I have been able to gather, they alledgely deposited money into my bank account at a time when I didn't have one. In the emails, they state that they have all kinds of information about me - however when I reply to the email and ask for specifics, I don't hear back from them. I was the victim of identity theft not once, but twice and on the advice of my attorney, I ask them to give all pertinent info so that I can add this to my case, but I don't hear anything back. I've noticed other people seem to be having some of the same trouble, even though it's not to the extent that I have.
