I booked this hotel through Priceline and that's where this nightmare started. I booked the room for a week and was sent an e-mail confirmation that there may be a deposit required. When I first checked in I was told that the deposit would be $25.00. Then I was told it would be $100.00. I had already paid for the hotel and wouldn't get a refund or I would have left then. But instead of putting a hold on the $100.00 they took it. When I checked out they said they would credit it back. I received no credit as the staff up at the desk had to be the most incompetent I have ever dealt with at a hotel. As a traveling salesman I am in hotels all the time. The room was a lot smaller than the photos they have on their site. The bed was uncomfortable, there were drill holes in the dresser top, not everything was provided. They didn't explain where to throw out the trash, or what to do to get new towels. The Parking was poor at best and the layout of the hotel left a lot to be desired. I was awakened one morning at 4AM by a screaming child in the hallway. The noise inside the building was bad. There was trash outside the doors I had to come in which was a eyesore. I would have to say that I will never stay here again and will try to avoid this hotel chain at all costs. The Manager was rude and obnoxious and I would say never give them a card for a deposit as it will be taken and they use the excuse that your bank will take time putting it back on your card! Just another scam!
