Creecksides moblie home park is a jock since YES! communities took over there has been nothing but one problem after another. all of the older people are moving out and they are bring in young people that don't care about how their property looks,where they park in the yard or even whos yard they park in. Nicole in the office is lazy and will not get back to you on any thing that you ask her a question about she never has the answer and always says she has to talk to corporate to find out. they don't have an emergency number or person that you can call if something goes wrong.
Police in Summerville are scared to coome into creeksides by themselves.They can ride down the streets that you can get through because of dodging pot holes, trash, kids lying ing the road for no reason and their parents sitting in the house doing nothing while their little darlings are out tearing up other people things.
I have live here for almost 10 years. My mobile home is paid for and I am trying to find somewhere to move to that is not owned by YES! They go up constsntly and offer none of the services or ammenitys that they claim. They let kids play at the Mail Boxes and run all over the road and do nothing about it. If Nicole says she will take care of it, then don't worry about it because it will never be taken care of..........
There is so much drug acitivity and kids walking around all hours of the night, cars and motorcycles racing up and down the road. there is not a security system or security guards in here as we were told that was why the last rent increase was need. We were also told that the reason all of the roads and pot holes didn't get fixed was because they needed to repair the walkway to the office and remolded the office space.
I beg the public please do not invest your hard earned dollars on these very poorly constructed mobile homes.
eevery year you will have a gigantic lot rent increase without them providing any upgrades to this place at all it is a ghetto.
there are over 500 trailers in here t and they bring hundreds of thousands of dollars a month yet they do nothing to assist the costomers.
the residents in this ghetto are very rude they do not they do not obey the speed limit signs they run stop signs thru the stop signs in this so called community.
they do not respond to homeowner request when you try to leave a message their mailbox is full what are they doing during the hours of business to keep the mailbox from getting full.
the speed limit is 10 miles an hour in here yet everybody is doing closer to 40 miles an hour they are too cheap to put up speed bumps or sign saying slow children playing please slow down.
the only time they contact the residence is to inform them their lawn will be inspected and their vehicles will be towed if not park properly they continue to stack trailers in here yet there is only a finite amount of parking spots these poor lower middle class people will get their cars towed at their expense.
it is totally one sided you will do this you will do that you will not do this you will not do that but they refused to spend any money making this place safer or hiring any kind of security please avoid this dump at all costs

I am a resident of creekside mobile home park in summerville sc where the manager is Nicole. On monday of last week entering creekside there were two larrge deep pot holes which I didn't see . I hit them with my car mind you I have 20 inch rims on my car
On my passenger side both my tires were destroyed cracked and bent. I took pictures and recorded the pot holes. I called nicole the mnger on tues to tell her and find out who will be paying for my rim. She tells me some bs about corporate office hasnt responded to her email but on wed I noticed the two pot holes were half a** filled. I called scdot they told me it is creekside responsibility because it is private property nicole went on to be a smartass sayin it didn't happen there and I have to have proof. I told her I sure do and I will be taking them to court over the issue. The corporate office is bull they never answer or return your calls but they want your rent payments. I will not refer anyone to creekside so glad I just bought a home im outta there they better not try and stiff me on my deposit refund either I am recording everything when I leave
