This guy stole our money for credit repair. We were trying to buy a house and he came along saying he will remove everything on our credit. What a lie. Doesn't return our calls, emails. This guy stole over $2,000 from us.
I went to creditscore.com to order a one-time 3 bureaus report on Jan'2014. The web advertisement and web charge confirmation both stated one time $12.95. Four months later when I reviewed my bank statement, I found that I was double-charge over $25 in Jan when first download the report, then there was a deceiving/misleading monthly charge going unnoticed for 3-4 months each month at $12.95/each month. When I found out the charge and called the company to cancel, they said they would not get back to me the 4 month charge even they understood that I didn't intent to order the monthly service after downloading the report in Jan. Basically I had paid $78 for a report that is advertised for $12. The web site is intentionally misleading the subscriber, do not let it happen to you or you will pay 4-5 times what you were signing up for.
Checked creditscore.com for my monthly review. Score dropped by 50 points in the past month. There were no changes to acounts, payments or any other information. No new debts. Actually have no debt at all. Called customer service at creditscore.com and was connected to a call center in the Philipines who asked for my S.S. number. No reputable credit service would provide your S.S. number to a foreign country. Asked to be transferred to a U.S. rep.
U.S. rep would not tell me why this drastic change occurred. There are no account issues to cause such a change. Lip service from a company I pay monthly to watch my back.
Very bad customer service. Experian and creditscore.com are hazardous to your financial health.
