Let me start by saying that I was taken by this company and ashamed 0f myself for not following my rule of “investigate intensely before acting”.
I knew that there was a way to do my own credit repair but I felt that my situation was to involve to take it on myself. I was wrong.
I was contacted by email from Credit Repair during the time that I was running into some rejections because of my credit history so I answered the email to my regret now.
I fell for their line of being good, honorable and upstanding in this game of credit repair.
I had started with them on the 17th of March 2014 and paid the RECURRING CHECK CARD PURCHASE CREDITREPAIR.COM 800-2326499 UT. I called them on April 12 to ask for an extension on this month’s payment because I had to put out a lot of money this month and that I would not have the money in the checking account on the contracted date of April 17.
I had explained to them about my reason for the request. They offered me a 10 extension to the 27th of April. I explained that I would not have the money by then but they could take it out on the 5th of May. They said that they could not do that and will take out on the 17 of April as the contract reads.
I told them they leave me no alternative but to cancel and they would have to chase me for the money. Which I will not pay and I will close the account.
I had paid the original on March 9 according to their posting of my bank statement. They said that it was used to set up the account and that they collect for work that they have done every month. They came to have done work which was an outright lie.
Their first report to me was that my credit score was 604. I had applied (got it anyway) and the loan institution told me my score was in the 400. One of them had to be lying. I believe the loan institution.
I told them that they were a scam and that I would do this to them. I also said that I could do what they did on my own but to the complexity of my situation I went to them feeling that they had the expertise to get it done without hassle. Obviously I was wrong.
They make up faults reports to look like that they are working for you.
Please believe me when I tell you there are no companies that can do this type of work. They are all losers and conmen and women.
You see the ads in newspapers, on TV, and online. You hear them on the radio. You get fliers in the mail, email messages, and maybe even calls offering credit repair services. They all make the same claims:
“Credit problems? No problem!”
“We can remove bankruptcies, judgments, liens, and bad loans from your credit file forever!”
“We can erase your bad credit — 100% guaranteed.”
“Create a new credit identity — legally
