Do Not Purchase a vehicle from these people. My mother and I went in to purchase a vehicle 2004 honda CR-V after we start lookin at it the dash has 140,000 miles on it ,priced at 10995+ intrest rate of 20% ,and a 24month/24000 mile warranty on it . Well when I started asking questions both Frank Phillips and his ""manager"" JOE got upset . Questions that I thought were okay to ask...like 1.) Why is the car priced at 10995 when its only worth 3,800 going by edmunds.com and kelly blue book. He states to me its helping my credit by me making payments...I then replied well you could take what the car is worth and stretch out the payments over 36 months . Credit beauru doesnt care what the amount Im paying as long as I make payments on time and you report it then it will rebuild my credit. I then said if the car is over priced when I buy if from you Ill be up side down on the loan when I go some where else to trade the car in ... Frank then stated we are in the business of making money....I replied so you are not actually here to help me or my credit . He then got upset and said Im not here to make you buy the car you either want it or you dont. I call back to speak with manager and he said well thats how our program works and im with real customers and hung up ....People please be aware when purchasing from these people. They feel that since you have less than perfect credit then they can sell you anything and you are not allowed to ask any questions. HELLO ther are some people that still ask question before they give up their hard earned money.
