I decided to research after I signed up for credit repair. I gave a lady all my personal and debit card information and she hung up on me. I got a call back from a different lady who finished signing me up and said she would pull my credit. I get an email stating I'm in a 12 month contract after they promised month to month service! Then about six weeks later I get a call from a third lady saying they still need to pull my credit! I'd made two payments already at that point. I had one item removed from my credit and it was something that was already listed as paid by credit bureaus anyway. I spent over $400 for ONE item to come off my credit in almost five months. And my service associate Trisha was without a doubt the rudest person I've ever dealt with from any company in my LIFE. And I've dealt with some miserable folks. Don't give credit concierge your hard earned money. They don't have a clue how to run a business and my credit score didn't change by one single point! Rude, unprofessional, rip off scam artists
I was contacted by this company after being turned down for a loan. They were dishonest from the very start. They said they were the company I had applied for the loan with. Not true. They said they would get all three of my credit reports and scores. Also false. They signed me up for credit monitoring with a completely different company that had a seperate charge from the fee they charged. The sales agent said I would see results within 60 days. I have not recieved one letter from anyone in over 4 months. I have since cancelled the service.
They tell you they do things outside of what you can do yourself. All lies. You can dispute everything on your credit on your own. They dont do anything extra. Aside from the gentlemen who sold me the service everyone I have talked to there has been terribly rude. How they are still in business I cant figure out. The reviews on their facebook page are from employees I have spoken to over the phone. They are not accredited with the better business bureau. Dont give this company any of your hard earned money.
