My company hired Creative Manufacturing RV to build a custom trailer for the film production industry. I deposited $30,000.00 into there Escrow Lawyer (JA Whitmer attorney at law) account to be held as good faith for the build.
We then were waiting for working drawings for approval of the build and then we would release the first draw of funds.
Anyway the owners of Creative Manufacturing never gave us working drawings but they did forged our signatures by cutting and pasting signatures from past checks and presented the false documents to the Escrow Lawyer.
Creative Manufacturing RV sucessfully withdrew all the funds from the Escrow Lawyer before we even agreed upon the build. They never intended to build this unit. We later found out that our contact Raymond Belcher is a convicted felon for embezzlement of over $600,000.00 ( St Joseph Circuit Court case # 289855 ). After notifying Creative Manufacturing RV of our concerns we were then threatened verbaly from Raymond by phone and txt.
A few days after we notified Creative Manufacturing of our concerns we received scare tactic letters in the mail from CMRV Officers, somebody by the name of Luther Roberts claming to be the Owner of CMRV, In the letter they somehow obtained our SSN #rs, they also have all our family info and told us that they will do whatever it takes to destroy our credit and cause problems in any way that they could. Apparently CMRV contacted the FBI and is trying to lable us as terrorist as well. there actions are like a cockroch that was just sprayed with bugspray.
