I am a web designer who contracted to create some advertising products for Creative Bube Tube in good faith in May and June 2014. Products were created and delivered, but the work was never paid for. During the development process I received many nasty emails and no response when requesting artifacts and design decisions. This was hard to understand because she brought in managers from her Canadian office to use my services as well so they must have liked my work (this last part of the statement is an opinion).
Once I started to request back payment all I received were lies and abusive emails from the owner Jenny Munford. After 30 days follow up emails and invoices went unanswered. Even then I did some minor work for them to try and keep some professionalism and balance in the business relationship but it didn’t work.
When the owner, Jenny Munford, became unreachable, her assistants (more than one!) began apologizing for her actions and saying things like, “I know.” Obviously this is a continual problem (opinion).
I have all documentation to prove these are facts and not opinions. I even tried to come to a settlement but that email, like many others, went unanswered.
