Pammie put a post on Facebook in a group that i'm in for local wedding buyers/sellers saying that she made silk/burlap flowers/bouquets/boutiners.. I'm getting married and wanted burlarp flowers for my centerpieces and thought her products were very nice. I sent her a message on Facebook and she responded to me that same day giving me prices and pictures of what she could do.
After a couple days I decided to go ahead and place an order with her. She messaged me back that same day telling me how to pay (thank goodness it was on paypal) and that was that, she charged me over $80. She had promised me to send pictures of my flowers throughout her making them to make sure I liked them. Almost a month went by and I never heard from her or received any pictures. I sent her a message and didn't get a reply from her until days later...where she told me that she had been in the hospital for health problems and encouraged me that she would be getting my flowers mailed to me withi the next 2 weeks...I believed her and felt bad for prying.
I let another couple weeks go by and still had not heard from her so I sent her another message, then another the next day, till I finally heard back from her a few days later where she made up a story about going camping and blah blah blah. I told her I was fed up with the service I was receiving, my wedding is coming fast, and I just wanted my flowers. She then apologized for the inconvenience and came up with a crazy story that a woman was harassing her for supposedly not receiving her flowers and was hacking into her Facebook account and interfering with messages from other people and that's why she wasn't receiving my messages, she had told me that she filed a police report on this "crazy lady". At first I thought it was crazy and wondered how could anyone do that to someone's busines....well now I understand!!
She gave me her personal cell number (which now i'm not sure if it was even hers) after a few days of communicating with her through texts and me thinking I was receiving my flowers soon, she came up with a story that someone had somehow interfered with my package and re-routed it to a different state and that it was on it's way back to me (still haven't got that package!) She then started ignoring me through texts as well. I tried calling her on her "business phone" and left multiple messages, never heard back. Messaged her multiple times on Facebook, and even sent her an email, still no response.
One day she finally messaged me back saying she was halfway done re-making my flowers and would mail them out by the end of the week....well, another 2 weeks went by and still nothing. This woman is nothing but a rip off. I have demanded a refund numerous times and i'm getting no response. I've posted on her FB warning others of her scam and I find my comments being deleted. I sure hope Paypal can get me my money back! I payed her on May 17th....it's now August 8th and still no flowers or refund.
I got in touch with creation by pammie over a month ago. I did my research only found one complaint so I went ahead and decided to work with her. She was paid to make me my bridal party flowers. I thought I was done. Boy was I wrong!!!
I got a tip from a lady and it made me curious so I started asking how things were going. She told me good have all the flowers done individually just have to put them together. Great right? Nope far from it. I then asked to see picturea she said ok and would send them that night. The next day I asked again and a few hours later I get three pictures. I then looked up the pictures and found they were taken off the internet and passed on to make me believe they were my flowers.
I decided before I said anything to her about it I asked to see a picture of all the flowers together to see how it all looked. She said sure after I get home should be no later than 8pm.Well at 930 I finally get the picture after I tell her I'm done I want my money back because I'm not satisfied with the service I recieved. And the last picture she sent me looked nothing like the first pictures she sent me.
The next day I'm telling her I want my money and bring up the pictures and she tells me that she said they were just sample. No where did she ever say that. A few more things happened and I confronted her on those also and she said she had sent a txt about that too and I must not be getting them.
Made plans to meet at 1 pm. After I said I was not afraid to get the law involved. I drove an hour. She text me at 15 till one saying she is running late and can't be there till 2. Then at 130 it's i can't leave till the caterer leaves and I'm a half hour away. When she was to be working all day in the town we went to. We waited until 230pm and hadn't heard anything from her since before 2Pm.
Well we left and at 330 she txt me and asked if I was still there.. She tried to put blame on me for her wrong. Lied to me and my sister over and over. I do not recommend her to even my worst enemy. She has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have yet to get my money back. Do not use this woman!!! All she does is lie.
This lady is stealing pictures from talented ladies who make wedding bouquets out of differnt materials and passing them off as her own!
once she gets your money she will stop communicating with you and 2 days before your wedding will send you 1 bouquet that looks like a 2 year old made it. It will look NOTHING like what you ordered. With some other brides she doesn't send anything at all. Avoid this scam artist at all cost!
I'd love to see your flowers that you so called recieved. Your probably pammie posting a review for yourself. I know for a fact that more people didn't receive their orders than did. Your a scam artist and one day your ways will catch up with you. Your YouTube vids are entertaining as well. You and that criminal witchcrafter are mAde for each other.

I was never provided with a tracking number despite numerous requests for one. And last I spoke with her, told me she would be refunding my money. I have asked when I should expect my refund, the amount it will be for, and what method will it be delivered. All of these questions have gone unanswered for almost 2 weeks.
Todd, if you read this please get in touch with me. I am interested in learning about the legal action you are taking. To all other brides - my mother and I were at Giant food stores the morning of my wedding picking up bouquets of flowers and putting together make shift arrangements. Luckily for myself, I had made my own brooch bouquet which turned out beautiful. Id be happy to share REAL pictures with anyone who would like to see them. We also had a friend make wooden boutineeres which were amazing. If you want to chance going through what I did, then give Pammie a call. If not, I suggest staying away.
I ordered from Creations by Pammie in July. I had a big order and was nervous when I started getting messages from women named Amy and Diane saying that Pammie rips people off. I almost cancelled my order. I asked Pammie about what they were saying and she explained everything. Even though my fiance told me to cancel the order and get my money back, I decided to stick with what I had ordered. My neighbor ordered for her wedding that was a couple of weeks ago and her flowers were awesome. I am glad I stayed with Pammie because I got my order today and my flowers are so beautiful. She even added things I didn't order (a photo album and a cute basket).
I am so glad I didn't listen to all the negative things I was hearing. If you think about it every business has negative reviews, no one is perfect. I would reccommend Creations by Pammie to anyone. My flowers are pieces of art that I will cherish for years to come.
I dont believe for one second that anyone got any flowers... Pammies 2 main cheerleaders both posted wedding photos that was not pammie's work and had posts that they were calling cops on her. So the only positive review is probably Pam herself or a friend of hers. Even liars and thieves have friends. She never showed up to court for the restraining order that she was trying to get and then had the balls to say that she was duped into not showing because it was a different day.
