CRE Credit Services is F rated with the BBB; whereby, they charge advanced fees for their services, as per the BBB. What they did to combat their negative rating is to create their own ridiculous website; whereby, they rated most if not all of the credit restoration companies in the nation with very low ratings. We believe they did this to seek revenge for their F rating with the BBB. They rated the most reputable credit restoration companies with C's, D's and F's; whereby, they provided themselves with an A+ rating of course. Their two websites are goodcreditrepaircompanies.com and top10creditrepaircompanies.com. They pretend to be the experts on all of the companies in the nation; whereby, they are merely stealing business from the companies that help consumers the most. From their rip-off report complaints, it appears that many of their clients are dis-satisfied with their company. i guess that they are truly doing something wrong; whereby, they have the need to try to re-direct consumers away from the best credit restoration companies and towards their company to the tune of 10,000+ customers or consumers. They have committed slander, libel and have used bait and switch tactics to boot. The above two websites do not include a persons name to contact, nor an address, nor a phone number; however, after researching the websites publisher; you will come to realize that they are owened by CRE Credit Services. It appears that they are not able to generate business on their own; therefore, found a way to grab unknowlng clients away from the reputable credit restoration companies (that they provided with an F or D or C rating) and towards their own company. I would say that they are lower than snakes on the ground; whereby, if you are not careful, they will pull you in to their evil ways. Stay away from them; they are truly a dis honest company.
I worked for this company the first couple of months after they opened. After seeing how they were treating the clients I signed up for their services, I knew it was time for me to get out of there. Therefore, I forged my own path and opened my own company and have successfully ran that business for 5 years now. Several years ago after doing a Google search on my company I found that my company was listed on a website that was the Top 100 Credit Repair Companies. I noticed that my company had an "F" Rating! I was livid! Knowing that I did not have one unsatisfied client at that time I knew these claims were false and unsubstantiated. I attempted to contact them via that website, threatening them to file suit against them for slander, among other things, and never heard back from them. Now, I've come to find that I'm not the only one. I knew this website was created by CRE Credit Service because that was the only company listed as being "advertised" on that website, sporting their A+ rating of course. Apparently I'm not the only one that fell victim to these liars. James Charlet at one point was a person of integrity. I believe that was all thrown out the window when he partnered up with Simon Webster, a former debt consolidation partner of his and created CRE Credit Services. I believe that greed got the best of him. Nevertheless, I'm tired of my company being slandered by this company for no other reason that me leaving their company to open my own. There's no telling how much business I have lost due to this website that I believe they have been forced to take down. If there is a class action lawsuit, please contact me as I would like to jump on board with that suit. I gave them many opportunities to correct this false information and they failed to do so. In addition, before they created this false website, they slandered my Google page. I spent hours going back and forth with Google to get that false review, created by Simon Webster, removed from my Google page. Google has since changed dramatically, and they did end up deleting that false review but it was not easy. I've had enough of these crooks trying to prevent me from doing business as their business plummets and will eventually go bankrupt.
Hopefully this report will keep someone else from getting ripped off by this unscrupulous credit repair company. In brief, they got me for $1200 with a false guarantee that within six months they would get my credit and credit score to where I could qualify for a traditional mortgage loan and line me up with their preferred mortgage lender. What a load of crap... Not much better off than when the process started. In fact I think in some ways they did more damage tHan good Because the credit bureaus finally stopped investigating the disputes because of the repelated audit requests and disputes. they will tell you that the owner of CRE previously worked as an executive at Experian and knows all the loopholes. They will promise you the moon and deliver nothing. If you question why there are has been so many complaints they will tell you it was a former disgruntled employee or that others didn't do as instructed. As soon as I complained and asked for someone to call me they deleted my account! Warning! They have a one line arbitration clause in the contract so that you can't sue them. Pretty tricky. Please avoid this credit repair company. If not you will get ripped off for $1200 like I did
