This site is run by the same people. It is a two men shop that is out there to take you for a ride.
I was really hoping this would be a good a good option for obtaining final expense insurance leads, but unfortunately the company has made the conscious decision to be quite the opposite.

The customer service is poor...actually, it's very poor. The turn around time is poor. Over 2 weeks from the time they took my money before I got a single lead. During that time, during that time they made no attempt to contact me whatsoever. The only time I spoke to them was when I contacted them to see if the were still in business...
The quality of the lead is poor. For example: They don't ask the prospects age, instead they ask if they are between the age of 40 and 84. They don't ask the best time for the agent to reach them. If you want a copy of the recording, you pay extra, and then it's only a partial recording...there is no time or date stamp so you have no idea when the call was made. The phone rep says the agent will call within 24-48 hours, but I've had several leads tell me they were contacted more than a week earlier. I mentioned these issues with the rep Chris...He said they do things the way they do things and that will never change. So, unfortunately, my search for a telemarketing lead generation company continues.
You may ask, did I make any sales? Of course I did, but that's my job, not their's. A new or inexperienced agent could have easily blanked. Their job is providing quality leads in a timely fashion and that makes my job easier. Of the 8 marketing companies I have purchased leads from Crazy Monkey Leads rank a distant last...and the real crazy thing is that was the choice they made. Save your money folks, and good luck out there!

On the 1th of August, I purchased insurance appointments from Leads Firm with the hope of using them to improve the client database of my company. I paid $400 for the transaction and waited for the appointments. Unfortunately, none of the appointments I paid for arrived. After inquiring several times, I got the appointments. I was excited and started going through them thinking I was on the road to success. The schedule for the appointments was 8/25 through 8/30. To my disappointment, some of the appointments I wanted were missing while two of them were replaced with a copy of previous appointments I had. One of the appointments was for the previous week and another was from the previous day.
Since the appointments proved to be disappointing, I told Linda, the manager, I would rather have a refund since I had not received the service I wanted. She informed me the owner, would not refund the money, but would rather give me new appointments. I then faxed in an order request on August 11 about 6pm EST. on the 4th Linda said she never received the fax. She advised me to email her the schedule I wanted. I sent her the same email but she stated she did not receive it until 2p.m. at this time, she stated it was late to place an order. However, I was to use the appointments on the 10th and 11th, I would not have an issue with the appointments being sent the following day. This company is absolutely RIP OFF. Stay Away!
I never received the appointments and I requested a refund from Crazy Monkey Leads. When I decided to contact the owner, the owner, he stated that there would be no refunds and referred me back to the terms and conditions of the website. The policy of the website states that there are no refunds on any transactions.
All the same, it stated that bad appointments would be replaced with fresh ones. I decided to email them the bad appointments I had received. To date, I have not received any replacements or contact from the company. After being frustrated, I decided to have a through look at their policy and see if there is any truth to their claims of no refunds.
After close inspection, I discovered the policy stated that since the agency I am using gets a discount, there is no possibility of a refund. During a previous a conference call with Linda, other agents and my manager, she promised to give as refunds and replacements. NEVER BUY Crazy Monkey Leads. They are CHEAP and NOT REAL.
Poor leads. No credits even if one had a disconnected # or spoke mainly Spanish and did not understand things. ried One woman said she had to fix her A/C and had no interest. One man said he tried to tell the t/m he was not interested but she put it through as a lead anyway. No sales out of 15 leads. Save your monkey, I mean money.
Go elsewhere. You'd be crazy to use to use them.

I am an insurance salesman and I followed the ad to purchase leads that were guaranteed to be fresh from people who had spoken directly to a lead telemarketer.
Allegedly, the Crazy Monkey Lead (CML) company would provide me 15 leads from prospects who had allegedly asked for information to be provided by a Life Insurance Salesman.
CML allegedly taped the request from the prospect and would provide me 15 of the leads for $360+ Dollars.
On December 6, 2014 I sent them my credit card information and they charged me for the services. After six weeks of not receiving leads or contact from CML, I called and complained. A week later they emailed me 2 leads.
It is now March 11, 2015, more than three (3) months since I placed the order. They won't answer the phone when I call and I have called at different times of the day and I have not received the missing 13 leads,
stay away.........ordered leads and they never showed up....they refused to answer emails or return calls...scam all the way
I have used many Telemarketing companies in the past but none as BAD as this one. They openly LIE to you in reference to the time they are making your calls, they repeatedly do not send the leads in a timely manner and for the final KICKER I placed an order on 11/11/2014 for 15 leads and finally received the 13th on 12/12/2014. It is now the 29th of Jan 2015 and after repeatedly calling the and never having anyone so much as pick up the phone, forget about returning my calls or e-mails I have given up.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
