My first complaint is against the harbor police dept. for not allowing my dad to come get my son when they arrested me for being under the influence, which i wasnt. So my son went to polinski ctr. on 11-12-2011 aprox.
After being investigated by S/W, P. Estrada, my son was returned to me several days later, she said that it was much more damaging to my son being away from me than it would be if he was returned home. And she had spent several days at my home and could not see any reason why he was taken in the first place.
Several months had went by without any contact from them. Then in 02- of 2012 Mrs. George came to my home saying that she was there to close out our case after a few more visits. but in the meantime, She wanted to talk to his mom, So I told her where she was and that he hasnt been with her since he was a couple of months old and I've had him 24/7 since. and he was 18 months old.
And she told me that If his mom came to take him, dont let her and to call her or the police, and if I didnt , she would make sure that i wouldnt get him back. So she went to las colinas to visit his mom and on her next vist to my home, She had a total different openion of me than what she had Before that visit. when I was the best single parent and my son was being well taken care of and she had no complaints except that his bed wasnt made up one day.
On the next visit After seeing his mom, It went from c;osing my case to giving me a case plan that was several pages thick when there was nothing that has happened to deserve it. and it was full of demands that were imposible for a single dad with a 18 month old baby to do.
One of them was For me to inroll in a drug treatment program that didnt exsist in San Diego for men with children. only for women and kids. And I told her that i have been trying already for weeks because that was my sentence by the judge in my arrest case. When I told her that I planned on going to the court and ask the judge to either order them to let me in or modify my sentance. And her response to that was, "Dont waste you time, I dont think you'll even get the judge to hear you"
But I went anyways to court and the judge agreed with me and modified my sentence to several N/A meetings. And when I got home around noon, I called her and informed her of what happened, She hung up the phone on me and a few hours later, me and my son was walking down my driveway to go to the corner store and She pulled up with 2 police officers and a male S/W, and said "we have found his real father and there is no need for you to care for him any more" then snatch him from my arms screaming and crying then turn to me and said with a smile on her face, "he has court at 8;30 am. come if you want too but you wont get him back, i promise you" .
After she pulled off, the 2 police stay for over 30 minutes trying to understand what was the reason that she was taking him froma well maintained home and he didnt look like he was in no danger. And they said "If it was up to them, they would've not taken him but they had a job to do" and apoligized to me then left.
After the smoke cleared it was obvious that she had not found his "real dad" and she made up whatever reason to get the judge to give her a warrant.
I would also like to file a complaint against the public defenders office for knowingly with holding evidence that would've worked in my favor and possibly had my case thrown out of court and for mis guiding me through out my trial or not even trying to question anything that i was being accused of or presenting any of the proof that i had suplied her with in my defense. And the judge for not allowing my to change lawyers when it was obvious that she wasnt doing her job.
I have had a long and hard battle with the legal system I was given sole custody as per a court study done in 2012. However the crooked CPS in Texarkana. Depsite the fact that my children told them that my ex husban was drinking and driving not only in the car, but on the boat too. Exposing my little girl to porn. Letting both boys from the age of 6 drink alcohol to the point that my 14 year old was almost expelled from school.
Recently my children have had bed bugs and lice. They have done nothing.
I reported that they went on vacation and that they had 8 people in a vehicle that onle seats 6. So my children were not buckled up. Nothing has been done.
I am wasting my time He is good looking and charming in a small town..GOOD OLe boy TEXARKANA!!!
