Simply put, I do not answer my business cell phone unless I reconize the phone number OR the number is listed as a "local" phone number.
In this case the following call that I received today was displayed as "Harrisburg NC 704-456-1848". Per my protocol I answered the call only to be "met" with a credit card processing company (CPN) wanting to set up a meeting to "save me money on processing charges".
What transpired beyond that point is irrelevant. Upon research I discovered this phone number was presumably provided to CPN through Paetec Communications AKA Windstream. So here it is. Another way that these credit card processing companies can disquise themselves in order to get us to answer their "unwanted calls".
Perhaps this "Report" should be on Windstream instead of CPN. At any rate, they both are using each other for their gain at the consumers expense.
