All I can is that I wish I had seen this before I ordered. Wrong name on the back of the jersey. Came from China. Just a complete ripoff of a site. It needs to be investigated by a higher authority and shut down.
I ordered a woman's jersey size large. It did not fit so I returned it on the same tracking number they sent it on. I called them and ordered another one in a size extra large. When that one came the it had two different color blues on it. It should have been all the same color. And also fit the same way the size large did. I returned that one on the same tracking number they sent it to me on as well. It has been six months now and they still have not refunded my $107.05. I have sent them several emails. They keep responding to my emails saying that they are working on refunding my money. It's been excuse after excuse for six months now. The phone number they have does not work. I have no other way to contact them. I don't know what else I can do to try and get my refund. If someone knows could you please let me know how to go about getting it back.

I recently purchased a mens jersey from what i thought was an authorized NFL dealer. The shipping time took way longer than promised. They added charges because it came from China. I only had an email address to contact them, and they promised the merchandise would arrive. It finally did and much disappointment. The jersey is a knock off. I believe it was truly sewn with a sewing machine. I immediately contacted them and said how upset i was and asked for a refund. Here is the response that I got.
We are watiing for your pictures.All our jerseys are got from the NFL company , as the price we provide you is so cheaper than the store, this quality standards are a little different with the jerseys sold in the store.This is why we can get such low price from NFL company, they just advise us to sell online at a cheaper price.All our other customers like this quality very much, the material is the same, yet only small not exactly as the jerseys in the store. Thanks for your understanding.
We accept return,if return, it would take long time and high postage,it is not worthy, so how about provide you partial refund and then you can keep or resell the jersey?

I purchased a Women’s NFL Jersey from what I thought was an authorized Nike reseller. The website made me believe I was buying this directly from the Dallas Cowboy store.
I now believe that the website is a fake and they use very real looking logos of banks, Nike, the NFL shield, Verisign etc.

Nike confirmed that they do not make the Jersey in the player # or color that this store sells, and that the store is not an authorized reseller.
The website is registered in the Marshall Islands and the items ship directly from China. I believe the same person uses other NFL teams and has a website for each.
