Purchased health coverage through the market place, did not receive my second payment for some reason, cancelled my policy on 4/30/14. Did not receive a 30 day notice, when I called to make a payment because the online website wasn't working, I was told the policy had been cancelled, I couldn't make a payment to reinstate it, they told be they have no power over that, only the marketplace, I was transferred to the marketplace and they told me they do not reinstate policies nor take payments. I called back and informed Coventry of what I was told and even asked for a Supervisor, I was denied speaking to a supervisor, I asked if they had reinstated other customers from the marketplace and they said yes, when asked if they can provide that information in writing to I can at least have some evidence in writing, she refused, I called 3 times and waited a combined total of 2 hours, the second customer service rep refused to give me her full name, she said her name was Ebony H., I asked if I could get an ID number or something to reference my case and she said that I could get one at the end of the conversation, she hung up on me and didn't call me back.

I'm concerned that Coventry is ripping off the government and the citizens. What are they going to do with the money that they receive from the government to pay and they cancel an account because they have a missed 1 payment. I felt mistreated, and on top of that I don't have health insurance, I cannot apply for it again and I'm going to be fined at the end of the year for not having it.
