I purchased an eBook for $48.99. Their site forced me to enter a courseID before I could gain access to the book. I checked with my instructor for the ID and was informed that it should not require a course ID, I called course Mark asking to refund my money since I had purchased the book from another site that did not require a course ID and they refused my refund.
They took my money and still never gave me access to the book!
