I have stop seeking help, because there is none, according to Longmont "code enforcement. I am a disabled guy living with my mom. For the last 10 years Countryside Village of Longmont his went down hill. The amount of freaking noise has increases so much, with "boom-boom" of the car stereos that shakes our trailer to the want-to-be "Fast and Furious" pop cans with loud exhaust. The posted speed limit in the park is ten miles per hour, but these idiots drive at least 80 down our straight street. The thing that worries me the most is right in front of our trailer is a speed bump. With "Speed Racers" traveling down our road, one of these days they are going crash.
The on-site manager is a joke. If you complain about the noise and speeding vehicles, he tells you to call the police or get a license plate number of the vehicle. Well I would but first i am in wheel chair and have no ramp out side, so by the time I would get out there they would be long gone and second, it's not my job! The main reason for me venting is because our lot rent is increasing in June to pay for I don't know what. We dread winter time because ever since my grandparent moved here in 1976, they have never plowed the streets. I happened to notice last year that they had purchase a new full size pick-up with a plow package, I told my mom "that is where your rent is going, on some thing they will never use".
Coincidentlly this area was own by Hometown as well. They recentlly sold it to Bayshore Homes.
