Driver Chuck was given credit card for food(meats). He was told not to run the card until after 6pm the folllowing day.
I got a phone call at 10:00 am the next day saying my card was declined. I told the driver that he was told when to run the card to no avail. He came to my house andI told him to take part of he food back, which he did. He said he didn't have any cash and would bring the money the next morning. Neither me or the home office could reach him. He took the food and over charged my credit card. Now I am getting the run around from ALL of them. The home office says "they have NO ONE to call incase of an emergencythis has been going on since May 15,2015. I called during normal business hours today. I was told that the lady(jessica) who could help me was gone for the day(3:00 pm) and the operater(Veronica) had no way to getin touch with Jessica. I asked to speak to HER supervisor . She transfered mer 3 times to his desk that wen un-answered. I asked her who she called in case of emergency ans she was evasive and finally she said she had no way of reaching anyone. I told her that the name and phone # of emergency should be one the front door of the business. She gave me the business # that I was talking to HER on. She then gave me the Augusta # which turned out to be a fax #. So now Chuch won't return calls or his mailbox is full. So far the home office refuses to refund my money and I can't reach anyone else. The shrimp I Bought was BREDED WITH THE SHELL STILL ON IT!!! WHO DOES THAT?. I am out of the money I paid and have no food!!(DON'T WANT THE RAUCHY FOOD ANYWAY. I was only asking for the money I was overcharged but now I want a FULL REFUND which I think I deserve. I keep getting the run around all the way. I haven't called the police yet but if I don't hear something by 8:00 PM tonight, they will be called first thing in the morning. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! IT IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF I HAVE EVER SEEN.

Bottom line is that the product was so bad that after trying to eat the chicken on two seperate occasions, I called the company to request a refund. Instead of refunding my money I was offered a replacement and declined. The meat was picked up by one of the venders with no offer not even a partial refund.
I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life. I mean who can afford to just throw away $130.00? Guess that what is cost me to have "the trash taken out"
