I am a victim of a poorly organized company regarding home food delivery. i had a male drive to my home selling boxes of meat, which was suppose to be better than one could gt at a grocery. I chose 2 boxes of chicken breasts, 2 boxes of pork, 2 boxes of fish. the meat is just so-so. Nothing spectacular. The fish had an odor and taste that prevented me from even eating it. I called the company 5 times regarding this. The brochure that was left with me after that sale says "customer satisfaction" is our mission. Well, it certainly isn't. I was told that I could get a "partial refund, not a whole refund for the 2 boxes.
then i was told that they would get in touch with their "branch office in Birmingham, Al" and someone would come and swap out the 2 boxes of bad fish for 2 other boxes of meat. I did get a call from the male that sold me that food, he made a day to come, never shower up and never called. I waited all day. Also, I am now fed up with this deceiptful company and am just going to "write off" the cost. Do not buy from these people. They clearly do not care about their customers, and their products are not what they are said to be. Be warned, do ot buy from this company Country Fresh Foods, out of Forest Park, Ga; unless you want bad meat and non caring providers.
