I purchased 2 cricket flat irons 6 weeks ago to sell in my shop and one of my long term clients bought one of them. It already quit heating so I went to return it in the original packaging under the 60 day warranty and they say the upc doesnt match even thought my price sticker is on it and i had the reciept for that iron in my hand. The Manager said sorry I have to account for all of my returns even though they sold it to me and always acted nice until I wanted to return this. It is the first return I have ever had to do and of course will be my last. I called corporate and they also told me No.. Good luck if you shop with them. I don't anymore as of today.
